During this period, the app will display the message “Calibration in progress.”

If any ‘Outlier’ readings are detected, users have the option to receive notifications, which could indicate potential issues like poor sleep quality, increased stress, or even illness. Furthermore, by clicking on each of the five sections in the Health Status feature, users can access more in-depth information, including graphs that track their data over the last week.
