Galaxy M55s Renders Reveal Unique Design for Samsung Mid-Range

Galaxy M55s Renders Reveal Unique Design for Samsung Mid-Range

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy M55 and Galaxy F55 earlier this year, and it appears the company is preparing to introduce another device in the same series. The upcoming phone, the Galaxy M55s, has been spotted in leaked renders, showing off a design that sets it apart from its counterparts.

Distinctive Design

Similar to other Samsung mid-range devices, the M55s is expected to feature a plastic back panel. However, it boasts a unique texture. The renders reveal at least three different textures on the back, which marks a departure from the matte finishes of the M55 and F55.

Specifications and Features

Though the design is a standout feature, the leaked specs suggest a familiar setup. The M55s is anticipated to share the core hardware of the existing M55 and F55 models. It will likely sport a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor.

The device will also have a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies. It is expected to offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, potentially with microSD expansion. Powering the phone will be a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.

Anticipated Launch

This isn't the first time the Galaxy M55s has been in the news. It received Wi-Fi Alliance certification back in July. Last month, a Geekbench listing hinted at the inclusion of a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. Now, with these design leaks, there's more clarity on what to expect.

However, the exact launch date for the smartphone remains unknown. We'll keep you informed as more information becomes available.
