Samsung has introduced the Bixby Text Call feature in India for Galaxy Smartphone and Tablet users. This feature allows users to communicate with incoming callers through a text chat instead of manually picking up the call.
Improved Communication with Bixby Text Call
With the new Bixby Text Call button on the incoming call screen, users can start a text conversation with the caller while Bixby continues conversing over voice as the user types. This feature not only enhances productivity but also helps in reducing unwanted spam calls.
Additionally, the transcription of each call is saved and remains accessible for later reference. This feature is particularly useful when users are busy or in a silent environment where speaking loudly is not allowed.
Supported Samsung Devices
The Bixby Text Call feature is currently available on the following Samsung devices: Galaxy Fold5, Galaxy Flip5, Galaxy Fold4, Galaxy Flip4, Galaxy Fold3, Galaxy Flip3, Galaxy Fold2, Galaxy Flip, Galaxy Flip 5G, Galaxy Fold 5G, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S231 Ultra, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy A34, Galaxy A54, Galaxy A52s 5G, Galaxy A82 5G, Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20+, Galaxy A71 5G, and Galaxy A51 5G.
