Xiaomi has expanded its television lineup in Europe with the 75-inch TV FX Mini LED 2026, now available in markets including Germany and Italy. The new model carries a German retail price of 849 euros. It employs a Mini LED backlight system with precision local dimming, which the company says delivers a meaningful step up in contrast performance. Availability outside these initial European countries, including any potential launch in the United States, has not been confirmed.
Picture performance and display features
The screen is a 4K-resolution panel with a native refresh rate of 60 Hz. A dedicated Game Boost mode can push the refresh rate to 120 Hz, though this comes at a reduced resolution. Xiaomi states the television covers 93 percent of the DCI-P3 color space and supports HDR10+, with Filmmaker Mode included to preserve the original creative intent of movies by disabling motion smoothing and other post-processing effects.
Audio and smart platform
Built-in audio consists of four integrated speakers with support for Dolby Audio and DTS:X formats, though the company’s specifications suggest that an external soundbar or home theater system will typically offer a more substantial listening experience. The smart TV experience is powered by Fire TV rather than Google TV, providing native access to streaming apps and a voice-enabled remote that includes direct shortcut buttons for Netflix and Prime Video.
Connectivity and regional hardware
Wired and wireless connectivity options include an Ethernet port, dual-band Wi-Fi, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and an optical audio output. A CI+ slot is present, a feature that remains important in European markets for accessing encrypted linear television broadcasts but is not part of the standard specification in the US. The broader market context sees a growing number of Chinese manufacturers expanding their premium-yet-affordable Mini LED offerings across Europe, intensifying competition in a segment where Mini LED is increasingly positioned as a strong alternative to OLED in brightly lit rooms.
