Vivo has formally confirmed the latest addition to its premium X300 series, the Vivo X300 E, and reservation activity is already underway in China. The company’s official channels show that pre-sales will commence on July 27 at 9:00 a.m. local time.
Design and confirmed features
The X300 E adopts a square camera housing and will be offered in three finishes: orange, white, and black. Vivo has disclosed two key specifications ahead of launch: a substantial 7,200mAh battery and a Zeiss-tuned periscope telephoto camera. Other confirmed hardware details have not yet been released by the company.
Leaked specifications point to larger display and flagship power
Based on unofficial reports preceding the announcement, the X300 E is expected to feature a 6.59-inch display, making it slightly larger than the 6.31-inch panel on the standard Vivo X300. The device is widely anticipated to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
Additional unconfirmed specifications include a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto module, and an 8MP ultrawide camera, along with a 50MP front-facing sensor. Other details cited in pre-launch leaks point to an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, a slim 7.9mm profile, and support for 90W fast charging.
The X300 E joins a Vivo X300 range that already encompasses the standard X300, X300 Pro, X300s, and X300 Ultra, extending the lineup further into flagship territory with a stronger emphasis on battery endurance and telephoto imaging.
