TrimUI has officially launched the Brick Pro, a more refined and feature-rich successor to its original Brick handheld. While the company began teasing the device back in mid-January 2026 and opened pre-orders in late June, general availability has only just commenced.
Familiar Core Hardware
Despite the "Pro" designation, the device is built around the same Allwinner A133P chipset found in both the standard Brick and the Brick Hammer. It retains 1 GB of LPDDR3 RAM, 8 GB of eMMC flash storage, and support for microSD cards up to 1 TB. The housing combines ABS and polycarbonate materials, while a more premium aluminium enclosure remains exclusive to the Brick Hammer Pro U.
Key Design and Control Upgrades
Several notable hardware changes set the Brick Pro apart from its siblings. The internal battery has been significantly upgraded from 3,000 mAh to 5,000 mAh and now supports 5V/2A charging. TrimUI has also added two Hall effect joysticks, positioned beneath the D-pad and ABXY buttons in an area left empty on earlier models.
Display and Pricing
The screen has grown to a 3.95-inch IPS panel, up from the 3.2-inch display used previously. Resolution remains unchanged at 1,024 x 768 pixels, resulting in a slightly lower pixel density of 324 PPI compared to the 400 PPI offered by the smaller screen. The Brick Pro starts at $99.99 with or without a 64 GB microSD card, and it is available in Black, Grey, and White. Higher-capacity configurations are priced at $114.99 for 128 GB and $134.99 for 256 GB. A 10% discount is available on all orders by using the coupon code BPO10 at checkout.
