Sharge has introduced a new compact power bank in China under the FlashPower line, delivering 45 W fast-charging capabilities and broad protocol compatibility. According to the company, the 45W FlashPower supports multiple charging standards, including PD and SCP, allowing it to service a wide range of smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
Design and Port Configuration
The 10,000 mAh power bank features a built-in USB-C cable alongside one additional USB-C port and one USB-A port, enabling users to charge up to three devices simultaneously. While Sharge has not published per-port output limits, it is expected that the integrated cable and the standalone USB-C port can each reach the device’s maximum 45 W output, with the USB-A port serving lower-power devices.
Integrated Display and User Feedback
A notable addition is the front-facing 1.14-inch TFT color screen with a resolution of 240×135 pixels. The display surfaces real-time charging information at a glance, including total output power in watts and remaining battery percentage, reducing guesswork during daily use.
Battery Safety and Internal Hardware
Inside, the power bank employs 21700 lithium-ion cells and is monitored by an NTC temperature control chip to help prevent overheating. Multiple protection mechanisms are also built in, guarding against over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit conditions to maintain stable charging across connected devices.
Pricing and Availability
Priced at CNY 249, or roughly $36, the Sharge FlashPower 45W is being offered in Ivory White and Space Grey. The launch is currently limited to China, though the brand is expected to detail global availability later. For those outside China seeking a similar solution right now, alternatives such as the Anker Nano 45W (model A1638) provide a comparable specification set and are already sold internationally.
