Tesla has unveiled a bundle of summer accessories just ahead of the holiday weekend, adding a dedicated dual-zone fridge, a campsite-ready air mattress, and outdoor leisure gear to its official catalogue. The collection spans the Model Y, Cybertruck, and general-branded lifestyle items.
A Built-In Fridge for the Model Y
The centrepiece of the launch is the $595 Model Y Dual Zone Fridge. Engineered to slot directly into the vehicle’s sub-trunk, the unit connects to the factory 12V outlet without external adapters and preserves full use of the main cargo area. Two independently controlled compartments cover a temperature span from 0°F to 68°F (-18°C to 20°C), allowing owners to cool drinks on one side while keeping food warm on the other.
Although third-party retailers have long offered similar dual-zone refrigerators with comparable or even wider feature sets—such as expanded temperature ranges and Bluetooth app control—Tesla’s entry leans on seamless integration. The fridge is designed to fit all Model Y variants straight out of the box, likely including the refreshed Model Y L, removing any need for buyer measurements or custom modifications.
Cooling and Sleeping Solutions for Frunk and Bed
For owners of rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive Model Y configurations, a new $245 front-trunk cooler now provides a dedicated chilled storage option that previously existed only for higher-end Performance and Premium trims.
The Cybertruck gains a purpose-designed accessory as well: a $295 Air Mattress made to fit the truck’s bed. It includes a six-inch high-density foam pad, a waterproof outer shell to guard against rain, and an integrated pump that draws power from the bed’s 120V outlet for fast inflation and deflation. The mattress is compatible with the official CyberTent, converting the cargo bed into a weather-ready sleeping setup rather than merely a flat metal surface.
Chairs, Canopies, and Branded Apparel
The summer drop also introduces a $165 canopy tailored specifically to the 2026 Model Y and a foldable Tesla “On the Road” chair priced at $125. A line of summer-branded T-shirts rounds out the accessories at $35 each, reinforcing the outdoor lifestyle that Tesla is increasingly marketing to its customer base.
