Citizen has expanded its Tsuyosa 60 series in Hong Kong with two new references that bring ornate guilloché dials to the collection. The models, announced on the brand’s local site, continue to offer the upgraded Cal.8310 automatic movement and maintain the integrated-bracelet design that has made the Tsuyosa one of Citizen’s most consistent performers since its introduction.

A Tale of Two Sizes

The first release, NK0022-50A, is housed in a 40 mm gold-plated stainless steel case paired with a matching gold-tone bracelet. Its white dial features an engine-turned guilloché texture, adding visual depth through intricate patterning rather than bold color. This version is priced at HK$4,380 (approximately $558).

The second model, NK0030-51X, makes a stronger case for wearers seeking a more compact profile. Measuring 37 mm in diameter and 11.5 mm thick, it ranks among the slimmer and smaller entries in the Tsuyosa lineup to date. The teal guilloché dial is fitted to a silver-tone stainless steel bracelet and carries a price of HK$3,980 (approximately $507).

Shared Mechanical Upgrades

Both watches are powered by the Cal.8310 automatic movement, delivering a 60-hour power reserve and a hacking function for precise time setting. Consistent across the pair are a sapphire crystal, a date display, 5-bar water resistance, and an exhibition case back that reveals the mechanism.

Closing a Gap in the Collection

The 37 mm NK0030-51X arrives at a moment when much of the Tsuyosa family has centered on 40 mm cases, leaving few alternatives for those who prefer a smaller wrist presence. At its Hong Kong retail price, it also becomes the more accessible of the two new models. While both references are currently listed on Citizen’s Hong Kong website, the brand has yet to confirm plans for a wider global release.
