Casio has officially launched the Edifice EFK-200 Automatic series in the United States, roughly two months after the collection debuted in China. The full range of five models is now available for purchase through the brand’s American online store, giving US buyers access to a mechanical line that blends motorsport-inspired design with accessible pricing.

Pricing and Model Overview

The series opens at $330 with the EFK200CD-1A, which pairs a carbon-textured black dial with a stainless steel bracelet. Two additional variants at the same price point are the EFK200D-2A and EFK200D-4A, featuring blue and red gradient dials respectively, also mounted on stainless steel bracelets. For a bolder look, the EFK200DG-5A retails for $410 and combines a full gold-tone case and bracelet with a dark sunburst dial.

At the top of the lineup sits the EFK200XPB-1A at $500. This special-edition model results from a collaboration with Toyota Racing and incorporates a forged carbon fiber dial and casing elements, accented by rose gold details and finished with a black rubber strap.

Unified Mechanical Foundation

All five watches draw power from the same mechanical movement: the Miyota 8215, which Casio designates as Module 5766. The automatic caliber operates at 21 jewels, offers a 42-hour power reserve, and is rated for accuracy between -20 and +40 seconds per day. The case measures 43.6 x 38 x 11.9 mm across the collection. A sapphire crystal shields the dial, while a transparent mineral crystal caseback provides a view of the movement in every variant.

Market Position and Availability

The EFK-200 series represents only the second generation of mechanical Edifice watches from Casio, following the earlier EFK-100 family. As anticipated, the launch prices in the United States carry a noticeable premium compared to the original Chinese pricing range of ¥2,490 to ¥3,990. All five models are now in stock and can be purchased directly from Casio’s US website.
