The 2026 edition prioritizes portability, with a thin and light chassis that measures just 11 millimeters in profile and tips the scales at approximately 1.19 kilograms.
A Brighter and Sharper Display
The standout upgrade over the existing global model lies in the display. Asus has equipped the Chinese variant with a 14-inch OLED panel featuring 2880x1800 resolution. This screen reaches a peak brightness of 1,100 nits and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It is certified for DisplayHDR True Black 1000 and covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut, specifications intended to deliver a notably vivid and responsive viewing experience.
Internal Hardware and Battery Details
Under the hood, the laptop retains the AMD Ryzen AI 7 H 445 processor, a Gorgon Point APU with integrated Radeon 840M graphics suitable for light gaming and basic graphical tasks. This is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X memory clocked at 8000MT/s. For storage, users get a 1TB SSD that can be upgraded, with compatible higher-capacity drives such as the 2TB Samsung 990 Pro available on the market.
One subtle but meaningful change is the battery capacity. The Chinese ZenBook 14 Air houses a 77Wh unit, a slight increase over the 75Wh battery found in the international variant released the same month.
