Xiaomi recently introduced its Mijia Natural Wind Pro 3-HP wall-mounted air conditioner in China. During the crowdfunding phase, it's priced at 5499 yuan (approximately $775), while the retail price is set at 5999 yuan (around $845).
Advanced Cooling Features
The air conditioner boasts a dual-cylinder compressor and a double-row condenser, delivering an air volume of 1500m³/h. This makes it suitable for spaces like living rooms, large bedrooms, shops, and restaurants. Xiaomi emphasizes its energy efficiency, with an APF (Annual Performance Factor) of 4.75, indicating effective annual energy consumption. The Mijia Natural Wind Pro is expected to save around 629 kilowatt hours of electricity annually.
Intelligent Control System
Equipped with the Lingyun Intelligent Control Engine, a deep learning algorithm developed by the company, the unit offers rapid temperature adjustment, upper limit temperature control, and vibration suppression. Connectivity and Design
The air conditioner supports Xiaomi HyperOS Connect and the Xiaomi Home app, allowing users to manage the temperature via their smartphones. It also integrates with Xiaomi’s Xiao Ai voice assistant for voice control. With a large air deflector, wide-angle non-inductive air supply, and an aluminum alloy lining, it ensures durability and efficient cooling.
Additionally, the Mijia Natural Wind Pro supports quick cooling in 30 seconds, quick heating in 60 seconds, and operates efficiently in extreme temperatures ranging from -35℃ to 65℃. It features a 58℃ self-cleaning mechanism for the outdoor unit, which uses condensation water to clean the heat exchanger's surface, promoting stable operation and enhanced power efficiency over time.
