Xiaomi’s flagship 15 Ultra is nearing its global launch, with new information confirming its arrival in India. The device, identified by the model number “25010PN30I,” received BIS certification on December 20, 2024 (as reported by Thetechoutlook). Although the certification doesn’t specifically mention the device name, previous IMEI listings have associated this model with the Indian version of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Launch Details
The global edition will have a similar model number that ends with ‘G,’ while the Chinese version will end with ‘C.’ Like the previous Xiaomi 14 Series, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to be introduced alongside the Xiaomi 15 in both India and global markets, following the same release pattern as in China. The Pro version is anticipated to remain exclusive to the Chinese market.
Release Timeline
So far, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has not made its debut in China, with recent speculations indicating a release in February 2025, pushing back earlier expectations of a January launch. The Indian and worldwide releases are expected to occur around March or April 2025.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will run on Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0. The smartphone will likely have a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a micro-curved design that enhances its visual appeal.
The rear camera setup is particularly impressive, featuring a quad-lens arrangement that includes 50MP + 50MP + 50MP + 200MP sensors. Battery life is robust, boasting a 6000mAh capacity with support for 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. Additionally, the device will come with an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for secure access.

The front of the phone may also have dual cameras, akin to those found in the Civi 4 Pro.
