Along with the Pro versions, Vivo has introduced the X200 as a budget-friendly choice in its latest lineup. Although it doesn't include all the premium features found in the Pro models, it offers impressive performance with a strong processor, a decent camera setup, and a surprisingly durable battery life.
Vivo X200 Specs
The X200 is powered by the same MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip that also drives its Pro counterparts. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM, and storage options vary from 256GB to 1TB, providing plenty of space for users.
On the display side, the X200 showcases a 6.67-inch quad-curved LTPS screen that features Zeiss Natural Color calibration. This 10-bit panel supports HDR10+, has a high-frequency PWM dimming rating, and reaches a peak brightness of 4500 nits. Vivo claims that this display is designed to last longer and consume less power than other OLED screens. Unlike the Pro models, the X200 incorporates an optical fingerprint scanner situated beneath the display.
Camera Capabilities
While the X200's camera system doesn't include the impressive 200MP sensor found in the Pro variants, it still presents a solid setup. The main camera features a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with a large size of 1/1.56″, along with a Zeiss f/1.57 lens that includes T* coating.
Additionally, it has a 70mm telephoto lens equipped with a 50MP IMX882 sensor and a capable 50MP ultrawide camera. Although it may not reach the level of the Pro cameras, this arrangement should satisfy the majority of users.
Battery and Durability
Vivo has outfitted the X200 with an impressive 5,800mAh BlueVolt battery, marking a significant improvement over last year’s model. However, it replaces the previous 120W rapid charging feature with a more moderate 90W wired charging option.
Although the X200 doesn’t have the luxurious build of the Pro series, it still focuses on durability. It is smaller than the X100 but accommodates a larger battery and surpasses the usual IP68 rating with an IP69 certification, making it resistant to hot water jets.

Pricing and Release Details
The X200 is available in several colors, including Sapphire Blue, which has distinctive light-shifting characteristics. Pre-orders begin today, with availability in China starting from October 19th.
The pricing starts at CNY 4,300 for the entry-level 12GB/256GB model, CNY 4,700 for the 12GB/512GB variant, CNY 5,000 for the 16GB/512GB option, and CNY 5,500 for the highest-tier model featuring 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
