Vivo TWS 3e Inches Towards Global Launch, Secures TDRA Certification

Vivo is set to expand its smartphone lineup with the upcoming Vivo S18 series, following the recent launch of its flagship Vivo X100 series. Alongside the smartphones, the brand is also gearing up to release a new pair of TWS earbuds called the Vivo TWS 3e.

Certifications for the earbuds, including SIRIM and SDPPI, have already been obtained in certain regions. Now, the Vivo TWS 3e earbuds have been spotted in the TDRA certification database, indicating that their launch is imminent.

The certification, discovered by TheTechoutlook, reveals that the earbuds are labeled as "XE W30" and have recently been certified by TDRA. Unfortunately, no specifications have been disclosed in this certification. However, it strongly suggests that the Vivo TWS 3e will soon be available in the UAE.

The Vivo TWS 3e will serve as the successor to the Vivo TWS 2e, which was launched in May last year. The TWS 2e earbuds were priced at Rs 3,299 ($40) upon their release. It is expected that the next-generation earbuds will come with various upgrades compared to their predecessor. Notably, the TWS 2e did not feature active noise cancellation (ANC), a feature that is now becoming more common in earbuds within the ($40) price range.

To provide a better understanding of what can be expected from the Vivo TWS 3e, let's take a look at the specifications of its predecessor, the Vivo TWS 2e:

Vivo TWS 2e Specs:

  • Powerful 12.2mm drivers for robust bass
  • Incorporates Vivo's Golden Ears Acoustics Lab and DeepX 2.0 Stereo sound effects
  • Utilizes Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity
  • Built-in Google Assistant
  • Up to 7.6 hours of battery life on a single charge
  • Extended battery life of up to 27 hours with the charging case

As the launch of the Vivo TWS 3e draws closer, consumers can anticipate an enhanced audio experience, improved features, and potentially the addition of ANC to the new earbuds. Stay tuned for more updates on the Vivo S18 series and the Vivo TWS 3e.
