Just a few days ago, we got our first glimpse of the iQOO 13, showcasing its square camera module that features an RGB ring light. The latest image also reveals the front side, which has a flat display with very slim bezels and a punch-hole camera.
Metal Frame Indicators
The antenna bands suggest that the frame of the iQOO 13 is crafted from metal. Vivo has already shared some initial specifications about the smartphone's features. The iQOO 13 is set to be among the first devices powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, joining the ranks of the OnePlus 13 and Honor Magic7. With its large heatsink and unique tuning, this flagship chip is anticipated to deliver excellent performance, even during prolonged use.
Display and Battery Specs
The Vivo iQOO 13 boasts a 6.82-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a sharp 2K resolution. It features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that is seamlessly integrated into the screen. The BOE Q10 OLED is said to be especially bright and energy-efficient, which, combined with the hefty 6,150 mAh battery, should provide a notably long usage time. The battery supports rapid charging at up to 120 watts via a USB-C connection.
Software and Features
Running on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15, the iQOO 13 is expected to deliver impressive audio quality alongside a precise haptic feedback motor. However, the official announcement date for the iQOO 13 is still unknown, and information regarding the pricing, memory options, and camera specifications remains undisclosed. Additionally, the iQOO 12 did not offer wireless charging or a water-resistant design, so it will be interesting to see if the iQOO 13 addresses these features.
