MediaTek Dimensity 8400 AnTuTu Score Leaks, Surpasses Snapdragon 8s Gen 3
MediaTek’s forthcoming flagship SoC, the Dimensity 9400, has been generating substantial buzz in the rumor circles for months. Yet, it appears this might not be the only top-tier chip the company is crafting. According to a recent Weibo post by leaker Digital Chat Station, MediaTek is also developing the Dimensity 8400, a sub-flagship SoC with notable capabilities.
The leak indicates that the Dimensity 8400 scores between 1.7 million and 1.8 million on the AnTuTu benchmark. This performance level positions it on par with, or even surpasses, the newly introduced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which achieves around 1.7 million points in the same test.
Impressive Performance and Competitive Pricing
However, raw performance isn’t the whole story. The source mentions that the most economical smartphone featuring the Dimensity 8400 could be priced as low as 1,500 yuan (approximately $200). If accurate, devices equipped with this SoC will not only outperform their Qualcomm rivals but will also be more affordable.

Benchmark Scores and Specifications

Nubia Z60S Pro & Z60 Ultra Leading Edition Launching July 23
Nubia has officially revealed the Z60S Pro and the Z60 Ultra Leading Edition today. The Z60S Pro will follow last July’s Z50S Pro. The new model will be unveiled at 14:00 on July 23 in China.
The phone boasts two-way satellite connectivity, enabling real-time two-way satellite calls. It received Wi-Fi Alliance certification on June 19, confirming its satellite connectivity feature and revealing that it will operate on Android 14.
Although details on the Nubia Z60S Pro are scarce, we can look at its predecessor for some insights.
Specifications and Pricing
The Nubia Z50S Pro was priced at 3,699 Yuan (around $500). It featured the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and came in various configurations: 256GB with 12GB RAM, 1TB with 12GB RAM, and 1TB with 16GB RAM.

However, Xiaomi was the only mainstream brand that hadn’t released one until now. Today, Xiaomi confirmed via a poster that the Xiaomi Mix Flip, a flip-style foldable phone, will launch on July 19 in the Chinese market. Alongside the Mix Flip, Xiaomi will also unveil other products like the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, the Redmi K70 Ultra, the Xiaomi Watch S4 Sport, the Xiaomi Smart Band 9, and the Xiaomi Buds 5. The poster not only confirms the launch date but also reveals the design and key specifications of the Mix Flip.

The Xiaomi Mix Flip will be available in three colors: black, white, and purple. The purple variant appears to feature a dual-tone finish on its lower section.
