Oppo A3 Pro Launch Date Revealed with Three Color Options

Last week, Steve Hemmerstoffer (also @onleaks ) leaked images and details regarding a brand new Oppo smartphone named the A3 Pro 5G. Since then, Oppo have confirmed its official Chinese release date as well as details regarding design and color options available with it.

Oppo announced via its Weibo account that their next smartphone, Oppo A3 Pro will be unveiled in China at 2:30 PM local time on April 12th. Prior to that Redmi Turbo 3 will make an appearance and Realme GT Neo 6 SE from Oppo will also showcase itself on April 11th.

Oppo A3 Pro Color Options

Oppo has announced three color variants of their Oppo A3 Pro: Azure, Yun Jin Powder (rose) and Mountain Blue. Each option will come equipped with either a glass finish or vegan leather back – the former offering having glass as opposed to Rose Powder/Mountain Blue for example.

While details about this device remain scarce, we do know its dimensions will measure 162.7 x 74.5 x 7.8 mm and that it will feature a 6.7-inch display with minimal bezels and an integrated punch hole camera centered at its center. A teaser showcased its official design – flat with slightly rounded corners to improve grip comfort – in three color variants and features two camera sensor cutouts with LED rings on its rear face, along with power button and volume rockers conveniently situated on its right side for ease of access.

Redmi has confirmed that its Turbo series smartphone will come equipped with Qualcomm’s recently unveiled Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor – an updated variant of Snapdragon 8’s flagship chip from 2016. Redmi reports a tremendous AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 1.75 Million on Geekbench surpassing current leader, the OnePlus Ace 3V; thus fulfilling Redmi’s objectives for their Turbo series.

Motorola recently unveiled their Moto Edge 50 Pro device in India and now, is planning for another Edge 50 device – Motorola Edge 50 Fusion – to join this series. Details regarding its specs were leaked earlier in November by Evan Blass’ tipster site; additionally, Evan released a promotional video showing off this smartphone.

The teaser video confirms earlier leaks by showing an iPhone featuring two rear camera cutouts, curved edges, and an undulated display with 50MP OIS label on camera island indicating primary camera Optical Image Stabilization feature. Furthermore, three color variants will be offered: Ballad Blue (textured back likely made out of vegan leather), Peacock Pink, and Tidal Teal are confirmed by video footage released during promo video leak.

According to prior leaks, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion should feature a 6.7-inch pOLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
