Sony has introduced the ZV-E10 II in India, marking the next step in its mirrorless vlogging camera lineup designed for content creators. This new model maintains the compact, easy-to-use design of its predecessor while incorporating several important upgrades. The camera had its global debut in July, following the release of the first generation in India back in 2021.
Specifications of the Sony ZV-E10 II
The Sony ZV-E10 II is equipped with a 26-megapixel backside-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor paired with a BIONZ XR image processor, offering an ISO range from 100 to 32000 to handle various lighting conditions effectively.
This model includes a 759-point phase-detection autofocus system featuring real-time eye AF and tracking, making it suitable for capturing fast-moving subjects. It is both compact and lightweight, weighing 377 grams and measuring 121 x 68 x 54mm.
For video shooting, the ZV-E10 II oversamples at 5.6K to deliver 4K videos (1.1x cropped) at up to 60 frames per second. It includes Active Mode electronic image stabilization to minimize shake when shooting handheld and supports 10-bit 4:2:2 color recording for high-quality editing.
A novel vertical user interface has been introduced, which rotates automatically, complemented by a vari-angle LCD monitor for flexible shooting positions.
Additional Features and Connectivity
The camera features an enhanced large-capacity Z battery (NP-FZ100) allowing up to 195 minutes of continuous recording. It also comes with built-in functionalities such as Product Showcase Setting, Background Defocus for creating bokeh effects, and a 3-capsule microphone with adjustable directivity for superior audio capture.
In terms of connectivity, it includes a USB 3.2 Type-C port facilitating fast data transfer and live streaming through the Creators App. Moreover, it supports 5 GHz Wi-Fi for reliable live streaming.
Sony offers the E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II lens, which can be purchased separately or bundled with the ZV-E10 II kit. This lens is compact, retracting to 1.25 inches and weighing around 107 grams, providing a 24-75 mm full-frame equivalent focal length and close focusing at 9.8 inches. It features optical stabilization and in-body breathing compensation to ensure stable video capture.

The Sony ZV-E10 II is priced at Rs. 94,990 for the body-only version, with the price for the kit including the 16-50mm Power Zoom Lens yet to be announced. It is available at Sony Centers, Alpha Flagship stores, major electronics retailers, and online platforms like Amazon.in and Flipkart.
