The thick frame is designed to separate at both the top and bottom, allowing the device's display to extend outward. It appears that this extension could increase the screen size by approximately 66% compared to its original dimensions. This idea could relate to Samsung Display's ongoing work with Rollable Flex OLED prototypes.
Additional Specifications
The patent also illustrates the tablet as having a stylus holder on the top, dual rear cameras, and a USB-C port located at the bottom. Although these features are shown, they are not specifically mentioned in the new patent.
