Samsung India has reported unprecedented pre-orders for its sixth-generation foldable smartphones – the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6. In the first 24 hours, pre-orders for these new models surged by 40 percent compared to the previous generation, making this series the most successful in India.

Pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 began on July 10 in India, aligning with the global launch. The new foldable phones, alongside the recently released ecosystem devices – Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Buds 3, and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro – will be available in India starting from July 24.
Both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 are being produced at Samsung’s Noida factory for the Indian market. These devices are equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy, Qualcomm’s most powerful chip to date. They come with numerous AI-driven features. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is priced at Rs 1,64,999 (12GB+256GB), while the Galaxy Z Flip6 starts at Rs 1,09,999 (12GB+256GB). Customers who pre-order these foldable phones will receive an Rs 8,000 cashback on HDFC Bank cards along with a 9-month no-cost EMI option or an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000 with up to 9 months no-cost EMI. Existing Samsung flagship smartphone owners can enjoy an upgrade bonus of Rs 15,000.
All pre-order customers will benefit from Galaxy Z Assurance, which offers an industry-first two screen/parts replacements for just Rs 999. Additionally, buyers of both devices can get up to 35 percent off on the newly launched Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch7, and Galaxy Buds3 series.
