The Smart Ring 3 is equipped with sensors for heart rate, SpO2, and body temperature monitoring. However, the accuracy of these measurements is not yet fully verified due to the lack of certification. The device also offers sleep tracking, with data accessible through its app compatible with both Android and iOS. Additional features include fitness logging and menstrual cycle tracking. An SOS tool allows users to make a call or send a text message by tapping the ring multiple times.
By connecting to a smartphone, users can control certain functions such as camera and music playback using touch gestures on the smart ring. The Smart Ring 3 boasts a battery life of up to seven days under normal usage. It is an ultra-lightweight device, weighing only 5g, thanks to its 2.4mm thin nano ceramic construction.
Seven sizing options are available for the Rogbid Smart Ring 3, along with two color choices: Classic Black and Pearl Black. The smallest ring size is 7 (56 mm), and the largest is size 13 (71 mm).
