However, no further details about the Neo 9 lineup have been disclosed yet.
Rumored Design and Specifications
The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro are said to have model numbers V2338A and V2339A, respectively. The Neo 9 Pro was recently spotted on China's 3C certification platform, which revealed its potential support for 120W fast charging. Reports suggest that the devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9300 chipsets, respectively. Both phones are expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
The Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro are rumored to feature a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Similar to the iQOO 12 series, these smartphones will run on OriginOS 4-based Android 14.
When it comes to the camera setup, the Neo 9 Pro is expected to sport a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). On the other hand, the standard Neo 9 model may feature a 50-megapixel IMX866 main camera, which was previously seen on the Neo 8 Pro. iQOO is likely to announce the official launch date for the Neo 9 series in the Chinese market in the coming week.
