Realme has unveiled a new smartphone and tablet in the Indian market today. The smartphone is the latest addition to the brand’s P-series and is named the Realme P2 Pro 5G. This device appears to be an upgrade from the P1 Pro, which was launched earlier in April, offering enhanced specifications. Here’s a closer look at what the Realme P2 Pro 5G brings to the table.

The Realme P2 Pro 5G is equipped with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display boasting FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. It also supports Pro-XDR. The smartphone is designed to be durable, featuring Gorilla Glass and a robust middle frame, and is claimed to withstand drops from up to 1.65 meters. Design-wise, the Realme P2 Pro 5G showcases a slim profile with a middle frame and a distinctive squircle camera island highlighted by Gold colors.
For photography, the Realme P2 Pro is equipped with a dual-camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Additionally, it has a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Under the hood, the Realme P2 Pro 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor. The Realme P2 Pro is available at Rs 21,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 12GB RAM with 256GB and 512GB storage variants are priced at Rs 24,999 and Rs 27,999, respectively. The smartphone is available in Parrot Green and Eagle Grey color options and will be available for purchase starting September 17 through Flipkart, Realme’s official website, and retail stores.
