Realme has recently announced that it will reveal the Realme GT 7 Pro later this month in China. New updates indicate that the company is also preparing for the global release of the device. Earlier, it was confirmed that the global launch would happen by the end of this year. However, new information suggests that it might actually debut much sooner than anticipated in India.
Rumored Launch Timeline for Realme GT 7 Pro in India
According to a fresh report from SmartPrix, tipster Yogesh Brar has stated that this will be India’s first smartphone equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. He also mentioned that the device is set to launch by mid-November in the country. This timeline puts it in direct competition with the iQOO 13, which is expected to launch in the first week of December in India.
Expected Specifications for Realme GT 7 Pro
Rumors say that the Realme GT 7 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch custom Samsung AMOLED display that boasts a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This device will be the first in Realme's lineup to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
On the front side, the GT 7 Pro will have a 32-megapixel camera for selfies. The rear panel is likely to include a 50-megapixel LYT-700 primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera that supports 3x optical zoom.
Beneath the surface, the GT 7 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with options for up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and storage options reaching up to 1 TB. It will also be powered by a 6,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging capabilities. Other anticipated features include a metal middle frame, an IP68/69-rated body, and Realme UI 6 that runs on Android 15.
