Realme has finally announced the launch date for the Realme GT 6 in the Chinese market. The smartphone, which will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, is set to be unveiled on July 9. Positioned as a performance-centric device, it is expected to rival the likes of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro and forthcoming models such as the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ and the Redmi K70 Ultra.
Realme GT 6 specifications: What to expect?
The Realme GT 6 will come with a BOE S1 OLED panel that delivers a 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The flat display will also feature an integrated fingerprint sensor. The device will operate on Android 14 and Realme UI 5.0.
The teaser released by the brand reveals a glimpse of the Realme GT 6’s camera module. The rear camera array is likely to include a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a ring LED flash. For selfies, the GT 6 is expected to sport a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Under the hood, the Realme GT 6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, along with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will boast a substantial 5,800mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging. The top variant of the device is anticipated to offer an impressive 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Additionally, the GT 6 will feature a metal middle frame and a glass back. While the company has already unveiled the front design of the phone, the rear design remains undisclosed.
