Realme has announced that the Realme GT 6 will be introduced to the Chinese market in July. It's important not to mix this up with the GT 6 that was recently released globally. The global version is equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, while the Chinese variant will feature the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Today, the tipster Digital Chat Station provided a schematic revealing the design of the Chinese version of the GT 6.
Design Insights of Realme GT 6
The schematic image offers an initial glimpse of the rear panel of the GT 6. Although the image doesn't show the front of the device, an official teaser from Realme suggested that the GT 6 will sport a flat display.
The back panel of the phone showcases a rectangular camera module located in the upper-left corner, housing three cameras and an LED flash. The leaker disclosed that the primary camera will be 50 megapixels and will be accompanied by a ring LED flash. The GT 6 will feature a metal middle frame that complements its glass back. According to Digital Chat Station, the device will be available in a white variant, among other color options.
Key Specifications and Features
Reports indicate that the GT 6 will boast a BOE S1 LTPO OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and peak brightness reaching up to 6,000 nits. The device is expected to offer up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1 TB of storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 100W charging support. It remains uncertain if the device will be launched outside China.
The Realme GT 6 is anticipated to launch in China in July, followed by the introduction of the Realme 13 Pro series of smartphones. By the end of the year, Realme is expected to announce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered Realme GT 7 Pro for both the global market and China.
