The Poco C61 has been launched in India as planned, marking the brand's newest budget-friendly smartphone model following last year's Poco C51.

The newly introduced C61 is essentially a rebranded version of the Redmi A3 but with a more economical price tag, exclusively available for purchase online through Flipkart. Some standout features include a spacious high refresh rate display, a glass back, and a high-capacity battery.

The Poco C61 boasts a premium appearance with its large circular camera module, flat plastic frame, and glass back. Its 6.71-inch display includes a dewdrop notch and is safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The LCD screen offers a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels (HD+), a 90Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits peak brightness.
Equipped with a MediaTek Helio G36 SoC, the device is coupled with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage. Its rear camera setup comprises an 8MP primary sensor and a 0.08MP secondary sensor, while the front camera is a 5MP shooter. Biometric security is ensured through a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the phone also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a dedicated MicroSD card slot. Connectivity options feature dual SIM, 4G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and GNSS support. Operating on Android 14, the phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging via USB Type-C.
