Ayaneo Pocket Micro 2: Fresh Details Emerge Before Launch
The company has shared exciting new details regarding its upcomming Android gaming handheld. Recently teased back on June 22, the device was shown to feature recessed TMR joysticks. It also includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a “full-featured” USB Type-C port for connecting peripherals or charging.
Design and Front Layout Revealed
Ayaneo has already confirmed the official launch date of June 26 for the Pocket Micro 2. In the meantime, they’ve given us a clear look at the handheld’s front layout. Overall, the device retains the same general form factor as the original Pocket Micro, rather than using the design of the newer and cheaper Pocket Micro Classic model. This means it has a full glass front with minimal display bezels, along with brushed-metal sides and inline shoulder buttons for a premium feel. Unfortunatly, specific hardware specs are still unknown at this time, unlike the Retroid Pocket Nova which had more details.
