A new Oppo smartphone identified by the model number PKD110 has recently cleared China’s TENAA certification, shedding light on its primary features.
Display and Processor
The PKD110 is equipped with a substantial 6.67-inch LCD display boasting HD+ resolution. The device is powered by a 2.4 GHz processor. Although the specific chipset remains undisclosed, the clock speed indicates it will feature a mid-range SoC.
Memory and Storage
Users will have the option to choose between 8GB and 12GB of RAM. Storage capacities are diverse, including 128GB, 256GB, and an ample 512GB. The phone is fueled by a robust 5000mAh battery.
Camera and Biometrics
The Oppo PKD110 sports a modest camera configuration. The front-facing camera is 8MP, suitable for selfies and video calls. On the rear, there is a dual-camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor and a secondary 2MP sensor.
For security, the device includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot for additional storage. According to the TENAA listing, the phone’s dimensions are 165.799 x 76.14 x 7.68mm, and it weighs 186 grams.
Design and Certification
Although the technical specifications are known, the exact model name remains a mystery. The phone’s design is similar to the Reno 12 series, featuring three rings on the back for the camera module and flat frames. However, it is uncertain if this is a budget-friendly model in the Reno 12 lineup or belongs to another Oppo series.
