Oppo has introduced the A3x 4G in India, shortly after launching its 5G version. This smartphone belongs to Oppo's A-series and is categorized as a budget-friendly device. It’s designed for users who want a reliable phone without spending too much money, featuring military-grade certification. Let’s delve into its specifications.

Key Features of Oppo A3x

Oppo is emphasizing the durability of the A3x 4G as one of its main attractions. This phone has received the MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification for shock resistance. Plus, it comes with an IP54 rating, safeguarding it against dust and splashes.

The A3x 4G sports a 6.67-inch LCD display, with a resolution of 720×1604 pixels. It boasts a 90Hz refresh rate for fluid scrolling and responsiveness, along with a 180Hz touch sampling rate for better touch sensitivity. The maximum brightness of the display reaches up to 1,000 nits, making it easier to view content in direct sunlight.

Performance and Photography

Inside, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 chipset, which is a suitable mid-range processor for daily tasks. The camera setup on the A3x 4G is fairly simple. At the back, it has an 8MP camera for capturing photos, while the front features a 5MP camera for selfies and video calls.

A significant aspect of the A3x 4G is its large 5,100mAh battery. It supports 45W fast charging, which allows the battery to charge from 0 to 50% in just 30 minutes, as per Oppo's claims.

Pricing and Availability

As the name implies, the A3x 4G is limited to 4G connectivity and does not offer 5G features. However, it includes handy features like a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint sensor for easy unlocking.

The Oppo A3x 4G starts at INR 8,999 for the model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. If you opt for the 128GB storage variant, the price rises to INR 9,999. Both versions are available in two color options: Nebula Red and Ocean Blue.
