A device with the model number “OPD2401” has recently been certified on China’s 3C website. The certification reveals that the upcoming tablet will include a charging adapter model “VCB70ACH,” which supports 67W fast charging. According to TheTechOutlook, this device is the OnePlus Pad Pro.
A First for OnePlus
This development is quite exciting as it marks the introduction of OnePlus’s first-ever "Pro" tablet. Currently, OnePlus offers two different tablets globally: the OnePlus Pad and the OnePlus Pad Go. It’s worth noting that the OnePlus Pad also supports 67W charging. While the OnePlus Pad Pro doesn’t offer a significant upgrade in charging speed, a “Pro” tablet typically means enhanced features such as better speakers and a superior display. The marketing name of the tablet is still unconfirmed, but Chinese sources suggest it will be called the OnePlus Pad Pro. Another detail about the alleged OnePlus Pad Pro is its inclusion of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, ensuring that it will be a powerful tablet.
