Mobvoi recently introduced the TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro, an enhanced iteration of the popular TicWatch Pro 5 smartwatch. While maintaining key features of its predecessor, this new model boasts notable enhancements in both durability and functionality.
Enhanced Durability and Design
The TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, now upgraded with sapphire crystal to provide superior scratch resistance. Powered by the Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1 chipset, the smartwatch supports 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and operates on Wear OS 3.5.
Slimmer Profile, Enhanced Features
Despite being slightly slimmer at 11.95mm, the TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro is slightly heavier at 44.8 grams. Physical updates include a reinforced bezel, an improved rotating crown, a side button, and a durable 24mm Fluororubber band.
Improved Battery Life and Fitness Features
The Enduro model showcases enhanced battery performance, offering up to 90 hours of use in Smart Mode and an impressive 45 days in Essential Mode. A new feature enables the utilization of fitness apps like Nike Run Club and Strava in a low-power mode, extending battery life by not fully activating the OLED display.
Upgraded Health and Fitness Tracking
The TicExercise app now boasts a larger interface and a wider array of workout choices. It incorporates standard features such as GPS tracking and distance measurements for various activities. The TicHealth app integrates multiple health monitoring tools like heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep tracking. Users also receive a complimentary 12-month VIP subscription for sleep monitoring.
Pricing and Availability
The TicWatch Pro 5 Enduro is available in Obsidian and is priced at $349.99 in the U.S. and Rs. 34,999 in India.
