Motorola Razr 50, Razr 50 Ultra Launched in China: Big Screen

Motorola has introduced the latest Razr 50 series foldable phones, comprising the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra. These new models succeed last year’s Razr 40 and 40 Ultra, bringing several notable improvements. One significant enhancement is the increased size of the secondary screen on the standard model.

Motorola Razr 50 Series Specifications and Features

The Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra are clamshell foldable phones, each featuring a 6.9-inch FlexView pOLED display with FHD+ resolution and Dolby Vision support. The standard Razr 50 upgrades from a 1.5-inch screen to a 3.6-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Both devices’ secondary screens are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and can be used for functions like video playback and navigation.

The Razr 50 series incorporates a fifth-generation star track hinge, which is both smaller and lighter. Additionally, they feature a 6000 series aviation-grade aluminum frame and have an IPX8 water-resistance rating. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button for security.

Performance and Battery

The Razr 50 is powered by a Dimensity 7300X processor, while the Razr 50 Ultra uses a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. Both phones offer up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
