LG is introducing a device that feels like it’s from the future. The company recently revealed the SIGNATURE OLED T, which is the first 77-inch transparent wireless TV in the world. This innovation comes with state-of-the-art technology and an eye-catching design, but it also has a price that will take your breath away.
LG SIGNATURE OLED T: Unique Features
At the CES 2024 event, LG presented the SIGNATURE OLED T, marking its debut as a fully wireless 4K OLED TV. One of its standout features is its transparent appearance. The South Korean company has announced that the TV will be available globally, with sales beginning in the US this month. This TV combines cutting-edge technology with a design that can effortlessly integrate into your home’s aesthetics. With the ability to switch from transparent to opaque, the SIGNATURE OLED T can serve as both a decorative piece and an entertainment center. It also has remarkable features like T-Objet, which allows the TV to function as a digital frame, displaying videos, photos, or art in an Always on Display mode.
Additional Features and Interface
Another interesting element is the T-Bar located at the bottom of the TV, which can show important information such as the status of IoT devices, sports scores, weather updates, and more. T-Home acts as the interface that gives easy access to apps, services, settings, and other functionalities. LG uses its own Zero Connect Box to deliver lossless wireless audio and video transmission. The TV supports 4K resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, as well as Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync. Inside, it runs on the Alpha 11 AI processor. The LG SIGNATURE OLED T is expected to begin shipping on January 16, with pre-orders already available. LG is likely looking to expand its release to additional markets in the upcoming months. All these features come with a hefty price of 59,999 US Dollars.
