Xiaomi Launches Redmi 13C in Nigeria

Xiaomi has introduced its first device in the Redmi 13 series to the global market with the release of the Redmi 13C in Nigeria. This device was previously spotted on Amazon US.

Redmi 13C Specifications

The Redmi 13C boasts a 6.74-inch LCD panel with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and can be configured with up to 8 GB of RAM.

The Redmi 13C runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 and features a camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the rear. It also includes an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Storage options go up to 256 GB, and it supports up to 4 GB of virtual RAM and expandable storage via a MicroSD card slot.

The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security. It offers dual SIM support and connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. With its slim and lightweight design, measuring 168 x 78 x 8.09mm and weighing 192 grams, the Redmi 13C is a practical smartphone option.

Pricing & Availability

The Xiaomi Redmi 13C is now available for purchase in Nigeria and comes in two color options: Black and Clover Green. The base variant, featuring 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, is priced at NGN 98,100 (~$122), while the higher-end variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at NGN 108,100 (~$135).
