JBL has recently introduced the Tour Pro 3 earbuds, following nearly a year after the release of the earlier model, the Tour Pro 2.
JBL Tour Pro 3 Specifications & Features
The Tour Pro 3 earbuds are equipped with a hybrid dual-driver system. This includes a balanced armature driver that delivers crisp high notes and an 11mm dynamic driver for powerful bass and vocals. The earbuds utilize JBL Pro Sound technology and are compatible with Hi-Res audio and LDAC, allowing for native 24-bit high-resolution audio, ensuring an engaging auditory experience. For phone calls, these earbuds boast a 6-mic system enhanced by JBL's Crystal AI algorithm, which minimizes background noise and enhances voice clarity.
A standout feature of the Tour Pro 3 is its True Adaptive Noise Cancellation 2.0 technology. This system adjusts noise cancellation according to the environment by measuring ambient noise over 50,000 times per second. Additionally, the earbuds provide JBL Spatial 360 and head-tracking technology for an enriched audio experience.
Smart Features and Battery Life
The Tour Pro 3 includes a smart charging case that doubles as a wireless audio transmitter. This case is equipped with a larger touchscreen, facilitating easier control over music playback, call management, and access to ID3 tags, caller ID, and media file information.
Regarding battery life, the Tour Pro 3 offers up to 11 hours of playtime without Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), 8 hours with ANC active, and 7 hours when True Adaptive ANC is engaged. The charging case contributes an extra 32 hours of battery life.
