iQOO recently unveiled the iQOO Z9 smartphone series in April 2024 in China. This series features four models: the iQOO Z9x, iQOO Z9, and iQOO Z9 Turbo, all powered by different chipsets including the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Later in 2024, they introduced the iQOO Z9 Turbo Plus, which is equipped with the advanced Dimensity 9300 Plus processor. Additionally, the series also includes the iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition, which launched just last week in China. Recent leaks indicate that the next iQOO Z10 series will also have four models.
iQOO Z10 Series: Anticipations
Reputed leakster Digital Chat Station has indicated that the iQOO Z10 lineup will consist of four models: the iQOO Z10, Z10 Pro, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro. The leak emphasizes that the main goal of this series is to deliver a remarkably large battery to users. The Z9 series already has battery sizes between 6,000mAh to 6,400mAh, so it’s expected that the Z10 series will feature even larger batteries, potentially around 7,000mAh, exceeding those of the Z9 series.
Features and Specifications
The tip also disclosed that the iQOO Z10 Turbo will come with a specialized graphics chip and will utilize the upcoming Snapdragon SM8735 chipset, likely to be branded as the Snapdragon 8s Elite. This new processor is rumored to reach an impressive score of approximately 2 million on AnTuTu benchmarks. However, details about the Z10 Turbo Pro have not been shared yet, but it’s anticipated to be released in the latter part of this year.
Previous leaks have indicated that the Z10 Turbo will feature a flat OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz. Additionally, it will be equipped with a dual-camera setup on the back, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor. The device will house a substantial silicon-carbon battery, around 7,000mAh in capacity, and is expected to support fast charging at either 80W or 90W.
