iQOO has announced its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 13, which will be launched on December 3rd in India. Before the launch, the company has also revealed the two color variants that will be available in the region.
iQOO 13 Color Options
The iQOO 13 will come in two colors: the Nardo Grey and the Legend Edition. The Nardo Grey version is inspired by the famous racetrack in Italy, symbolizing speed and power. On the other hand, the Legend Edition showcases iQOO's collaboration with BMW M Motorsport, boasting a sporty and modern design.
Specifications of iQOO 13
Regarding its specifications, the iQOO 13 for the Indian market is expected to mirror the already released Chinese version. It is likely to feature a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ curved BOE Q10 LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 3168×1440, an aspect ratio of 20:9, HDR10+ support, and a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The peak brightness is anticipated to reach 4500 nits (with 1800 nits in HBM mode) and it will include 2592Hz PWM dimming.
Under the hood, the device will be equipped with a top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite 3nm processor, alongside 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of either 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.0. The global version of the iQOO 13 will operate on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15.
Camera Features and Connectivity
The rear camera setup will consist of a 50MP main sensor (1/1.49″ Sony IMX921) with an f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and an LED flash; a 50MP ultra-wide lens that has a 150° field of view and an f/2.0 aperture; and a 50MP telephoto lens offering a 119.4° field of view, f/1.85 aperture, IMX816 sensor, with up to 4x lossless zoom and OIS. For selfies, it includes a 32MP front camera with an f/2.45 aperture. The phone will also come with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, supporting 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.
The iQOO 13 is designed to be powerful with a durable 6150mAh battery and 120W fast charging. Additional features encompass an infrared sensor, stereo speakers, Hi-Fi audio, and an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
