Huawei BRE-AL00a, Likely Enjoy 70X with Dual-Curved OLED Screen

The first visuals of a forthcoming Huawei smartphone identified by the model number BRE-AL00a have emerged. This 4G device has successfully gained network access approval from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (TENAA). The pictures reveal the front, back, and sides of the new handset.

Design and Display

The Huawei smartphone features a dual-curved OLED display and a centrally placed circular camera module on the back. This high-end design element is prominently showcased in the rear image of the device. According to the Telecom Equipment Terminal Network, the smartphone is equipped with a 2.3GHz octa-core processor and offers two memory configurations: 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. It sports a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2700 x 1224 pixels, supporting 10-bit color depth and an under-screen fingerprint sensor.

Camera and Battery

The upcoming Huawei smartphone boasts a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup and an 8MP front-facing camera. It is powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging. The package will include an original 40W power adapter, as per the 3G certification details. The phone’s dimensions are 164 x 74.88 x 7.98 mm, and it weighs 189 grams. The BRE-AL00a has already received CMIIT radio transmitter model approval, having cleared all three stages of certification. The only remaining step is the official release, which Huawei has yet to announce.

Speculations and Expectations

Though an official name for the BRE-AL00a model has not been confirmed, it is speculated to be the Huawei Enjoy 70X. This would not be surprising given that Huawei has already released the Enjoy 70S and Enjoy 70z. We will continue to update fans on any developments, as the smartphone is expected to launch soon, having passed all certification hurdles.
