Honor has teased the introduction of a new pink variant for its Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design smartphone on the global market. This revelation follows the initial launch of the device in Malaysia last month, where it was offered in Agate Gray and Frozen Berry Pink. Interestingly, the pink model has been available in China since the device's first release.
Global Debut of Pink Variant
The Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design has not yet been introduced in markets beyond China and Malaysia. HTech CEO Madhav Sheth had previously hinted at the forthcoming launch of the Honor Magic 6 Ultimate Edition and Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design in India. However, there have been no further updates following this initial tease.
Specifications of Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design
Drawing inspiration from the Porsche Taycan electric sports car, the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design features a 6.80-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1280×2800 pixels. The display offers a seamless 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1800 nits, which can elevate to 5,000 nits when viewing HDR content.
Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and running on MagicOS 8.0, the device boasts 24GB of RAM paired with 1TB of internal storage. In the camera department, it houses a triple rear camera setup inclusive of a 50MP wide-angle camera with OIS, a 180MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS, and a 50MP ultra wide-angle camera. For selfies, there is a 50MP wide-angle camera at the front.
The smartphone is equipped with a 5600mAh battery that supports fast charging through 80W Honor SuperCharge wired and 66W Honor Wireless SuperCharge technologies.
