Samsung is getting ready to introduce the Galaxy S24 FE, adding to its line of FE models with a somewhat inconsistent release timeline since the beginning.

Considering the release pattern of the Galaxy S23 FE, it seems likely that the Galaxy S24 FE might make its debut towards the end of 2024. However, recent hints from Korean media, The Elec, suggest that Samsung might unveil the phone earlier than anticipated.
Reports indicate that components for the Galaxy S24 FE, like the display driver IC (DDI), are already in mass production, with production volumes reaching millions. This suggests that Samsung is committed to its FE lineup and has high expectations for the success of the S24 FE based on market research.
The Elec also mentions that the Galaxy S24 FE is slated for a summer release. Anapass, the manufacturer of the display driver, typically supplies its products to Chinese smartphone manufacturers and reportedly holds the top position in market share for T-con (timing controller) market for Samsung's OLED displays.
Regarding the production volume of the S24 FE, the reports are somewhat vague, similar to previous estimations for the Galaxy S23 FE at around three million units.
