The Vivo S18 series is scheduled to launch in China later this week. However, ahead of the official announcement, Vivo has released a new teaser providing some insight into the battery specifications and storage configuration of the upcoming devices.
Vivo took to its official Weibo account to share these new teasers. The social media posts revealed the battery specifications and storage details for the new S18 lineup. According to the official notes, the Vivo S18 series will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery pack. This impressive battery promises to deliver 13.5 hours of battery life on a single full charge. What's even more remarkable is that Vivo claims this battery has a lifespan of 4 years, and the company is offering 4 years of free battery replacement.
It's worth noting that this substantial battery is packed into an ultra-thin body, measuring just 7.45mm in thickness and weighing a mere 185.8 grams. In a separate teaser, Vivo also confirmed that the Vivo S18 will be available in three storage configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. Additionally, users have the option to virtually expand the RAM by an additional 16GB. The devices also support storage compression of up to 50GB.
Thanks to these storage capabilities, Vivo claims that users can store up to 10,000 HD pictures and keep 49 apps running in the background.
