Caviar, a luxury smartphone brand based in Dubai, has launched its new lavish series of personalized iPhone 16 models. Renowned for blending unique materials with advanced technology, Caviar has displayed its talent for crafting extremely luxurious devices. The standout piece in this collection is the iPhone 16 Pro Max “The Great, The Terrible, The Magnificent,” featuring a crown made from solid 18-karat gold and adorned with precious gems.
Details and Aesthetics
The crown featured on the iPhone 16 Pro Max showcases a distinctive bas-relief design influenced by the headpieces of three legendary figures: Ivan the Terrible, Suleiman the Magnificent, and Charlemagne. This three-dimensional artwork weighs in at over 1 kilogram and is made from 750-grade gold. The upper part, embellished with a cross, mirrors the cap of the Russian Tsar. The gemstones on the crown are inspired by the Holy Roman Empire, while the base is shaped like Suleiman the Magnificent's helmet. Additionally, the elaborate design includes botanical patterns that reflect Eastern artistry.
Alongside its royal crown, the phone's exterior is beautifully decorated with 402 diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. These precious gems are set against genuine leather, enhancing both sophistication and durability. This remarkable model is part of Caviar's limited “Corona” collection. The iPhone 16 Pro Max “The Great, The Terrible, The Magnificent” is restricted to just three units globally, highlighting its scarcity and exclusiveness. Each piece is crafted with great care, making it a genuine collector's treasure for those who appreciate luxury.
Additional Models
In addition to its crown-themed design, Caviar has launched three more models that draw inspiration from Swiss watch aesthetics. The Evergreen, Atlantis, and Twilight editions incorporate design elements reminiscent of famous Rolex watches. The Atlantis model takes cues from the Rolex Submariner, showcasing deep blue crocodile leather that represents the ocean's vastness. Gold details and a bezel-scale centerpiece reflect the prestigious appearance of the Submariner. The Evergreen and Twilight models also use Rolex's signature green and black hues. Each device is crafted with titanium cases wrapped in crocodile leather, fusing durability with elegance.
Costs and Release
The models inspired by Rolex are relatively budget-friendly, with the Atlantis model starting at $9,910. However, prices for the pure gold versions soar, beginning at $301,070 for the 256GB model and reaching up to $301,790 for the 1TB model. Earlier this year, Caviar also introduced the world's first luxury custom Apple Vision Pro, with prices starting at $26,700. Moreover, the brand launched the iPhone 16 Pro collection, paying tribute to Steve Jobs, Donald Trump, and Elon Musk, with starting prices of $9,200.
