They have already shared some features and images, but a fresh leak provides more details about what to expect from the next version of the Nothing Ear, which debuted early last year.

    Details from the Leak

    The scoop comes from OnLeaks and Android Headlines, revealing that the Nothing Ear (3) will come equipped with 12 mm dynamic drivers in each bud, Adaptive Noise Cancellation that can reach up to 45 dB, and a Super Mic with a capacity of 95 dB. Additionally, they will support Hi-Res LDAC audio up to 24-bit. Users can expect around 10 hours of uninterrupted playback on a single charge and a total of 38 hours when using the carrying case.

    Images and Design

    The leaked images showcase various views of the earbuds and their case, available in both black and silver hues. Some parts of the earbuds and the case are made from metal, giving them a more luxurious touch.

    The images also reveal a USB Type-C port on the right side and what appears to be two LEDs, likely for indicating charging status. On the front, there is a Talk button that reportedly allows users to converse or record through the case, supported by the Super Mic. This button may also be used to activate a voice assistant directly.

    What to Expect

    It’s important to mention that Nothing has yet to reveal any specifics regarding the Ear (3). As previously stated, the earbuds will be unveiled on September 18, so we won’t have to wait much longer for the final specifications and pricing. For context, the current version of the Nothing Ear retails for $159 but is available for $129 on Amazon. The price for the Nothing Ear (3) could fall within the $179 to $199 bracket.
