Casio has shared the release dates for the CRW-001-1 Ring Watch in three new regions: the United States, Australia, and Singapore. This device, also called the CRW001-1, was first introduced in Japan earlier this month.
US Launch Details
In the United States, buyers can expect to get their hands on the Ring Watch starting December 26th, although a specific time hasn't been specified. The price for this wearable is set at $120. For those in Australia, the CRW-001 will go live on the Casio online store at 10 AM on January 13th, with a recommended retail price of A$249. The website describes this item as an ‘exclusive collector's item’ with limited availability.
Availability in Singapore
As for Singapore, the Casio Instagram account revealed that the Ring Watch will be up for grabs from January 8th at 11 AM, priced at S$199. Additionally, customers can check out the device in person at the G-Shock ION Orchard Store starting from December 24th. The Casio CRW001 Ring Watch has also been listed in the UK; however, the exact launch date in that market remains uncertain.
Features and Design
The Casio ring offers features such as dual time display, hourly flash alerts, and a stopwatch function. In terms of design, it sports a metal casing that resembles the Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000D-1 watch, which currently retails for $469 on Amazon.
