HoYoverse has detailed the full scope of its participation in Gamescom 2026, which takes place from August 26 through 30 in Cologne, Germany. For the first time, the publisher will maintain a dedicated business presence at the event, supplementing its main public exhibition space with a separate meeting area aimed at media and industry professionals.
A Dual Presence in Cologne
The company’s primary consumer booth will span approximately 660 square meters in Hall 6.1 at location B030. In parallel, a distinct business-focused installation will operate at Booth B051 in Hall 4.2, marking a new chapter in how the studio engages with trade visitors during Europe’s largest gaming convention.
Unreleased Titles Take Center Stage
Two forthcoming projects will lead the showcase, beginning with the creature-collecting strategy game Honkai: Nexus Anima. Making its Gamescom debut following a multi-platform “Evolution Test,” the title invites attendees to experience Anima collecting, open exploration, and Nexus Battles firsthand. The booth will also feature a large-scale Umpurrella installation and distribute limited-edition giveaways.
Petit Planet, the studio’s cozy galactic life simulator, will celebrate its first international exhibition under the theme “Connect the Vibe.” Visitors playing the PC demo step into the role of a Planet Tender tasked with farming and construction, assisted by neighbors while traversing the Starsea. Scheduled meet-and-greets with racer Elsasani and appearances by Oumuamua complement the on-site activities, with exclusive rewards available for those who complete them.
Returning Favorites With Fresh Experiences
The publisher’s established library will feature prominently as well. Genshin Impact’s section is built around the forthcoming Snezhnaya region, recreating its railway system and a Statue of The Seven, accompanied by select merchandise linked to the #SnezhnayaGC2026 campaign. Honkai: Star Rail arrives fresh from its July 15 Version 4.4 update with a Planarcadia-themed space fantasy setup anchored by a giant Phantasmoon display, along with appearances from the character Pom-Pom and cosplayers.
Zenless Zone Zero marks its second anniversary with an urban fantasy experience headlined by the Bangboo drone Eous. The area will also host a vinyl listening session, cosplayer photo opportunities, runway shows, and a series of mystery guest appearances.
HoYoverse noted that Antom (Ant International) and UGREEN provided booth construction support, while hardware is supplied by NVIDIA GeForce RTX and iBUYPOWER. The company plans to release additional details through official channels and each title’s social media accounts in the lead-up to the show.
