Following the successful launch of the Honor 100 series in China, Honor is now preparing to introduce another mid-range smartphone, the Honor X50 GT. According to rumors, the device is currently in its final testing phase and could be released very soon. This speculation is further supported by the recent appearance of the smartphone on Bluetooth SIG, indicating that an official release is imminent.
Bluetooth SIG has granted approval for both the Honor X50 Pro and the Honor X50 GT. Interestingly, both devices share the same model number, ALP-AN00, suggesting that they are essentially the same phone with different branding. Specifications and features of the Honor X50 GT have already been leaked through a previous listing on JD.
Honor X50 GT Specs
The Honor X50 GT is expected to feature a large 6.81-inch display. However, the listing does not specify whether it will be an LCD or OLED panel. Nevertheless, it is confirmed that the screen will offer a Full HD+ resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels.
Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the older Snapdragon 888 chipset, coupled with 8 GB of RAM and a generous 256 GB of storage. The front of the device features an 8-megapixel camera, while the rear camera module includes a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash.
