Xiaomi has introduced a new robot vacuum in Europe, named the Robot Vacuum X20 Max. This model was first listed on the brand's global site in September and has been launched alongside the mid-tier Robot Vacuum X20 Pro.
Powerful Suction and Features
The X20 Max is the flagship of the X20 series, boasting an impressive suction power of 8,000Pa, which is 1,000Pa greater than that of the X20 Pro. It features an improved roller brush equipped with hair-cutting technology to minimize tangles, while retaining the same side brush. Additionally, the Max includes enhanced mopping capabilities, featuring two extendable mop arms that reach 2mm (~0.08 inches) from the skirting board. Like its Pro counterpart, this model is equipped with a self-cleaning docking station that can automatically empty the vacuum’s dustbin and its dirty water tanks, as well as refill clean water. Moreover, it can wash the mop using 55°C (~131°F) hot water and dry it with heated air to ensure better hygiene.
Usage and Availability
The robot vacuum can operate for a maximum of 120 minutes in standard mode, and it can be controlled through an app. Additionally, you can activate the vacuum using either Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max is currently available for purchase in countries such as the UK, Spain, and Germany for a price of £499.99/€649.99. In contrast, the less powerful X20 Pro is available for £399.99/€499.99.
Xiaomi's latest offering combines cutting-edge features and convenience, making it a strong contender in the robot vacuum market.
