The first indications of an international launch for the Xiaomi Pad 7 have surfaced online. To summarize, Xiaomi replaced the Pad 6 (currently priced at $360 on Amazon) at the end of October along with the more advanced Pad 7 Pro. However, this change has only occurred in China, similar to the situation with the Redmi Note 14 and Redmi K80 series.
International Launch on the Horizon
As the global release of the Redmi Note 14 series approaches, a variant of the Pad 7 has been spotted on Geekbench. Typically, the benchmarking site identifies the device by its model number, '2410CRP4CI'. The 'I' at the end indicates that this model is intended for exclusive sale in India. Interestingly, the 2410CRP4CI shares its base model number with the Chinese version, 2410CRP4CC.
Expected Features and Specs
This suggests that Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Pad 7 in India soon. The tablet is also expected to be available internationally with 12 GB of RAM, complemented by 256 GB of storage in its home country. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on the exact date when the Pad 7 will become available outside of China. Based on previous release patterns, it seems improbable that the Pad 7 will be released alongside the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro, and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus on December 9.
